How payment authorization, pricing, billing, and checkout security work

Accepted Methods
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, device, order value, and payment provider. A method is accepted only when it appears as an available checkout option.
Currency and Charges
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the storefront or checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion, cross-border, or other fees that are outside our control.
Authorization
Orders are processed only after payment is successfully authorized. An unsuccessful or pending authorization may delay or prevent order confirmation. We may request reasonable verification to prevent fraud.
Taxes and Duties
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown when available. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, brokerage, customs assessments, or local fees.
Payment Security
Checkout payments are handled by specialized payment providers. dovelyna™ does not ask customers to send complete card details by email or telephone.
Errors and Refunds
If a pricing or technical error is identified, we may contact you before fulfillment, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected order. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
